for future costs and expenses. A
retainer goes into our trust account
and we bill against it. Retainers
may be paid in person or by mail.
You can pay the retainer by check,
cash, or VISA / MasterCard. However,
if you pay by Visa / MasterCard, you
must pay in person. DO NOT USE
THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM TO PAY A RETAINER.
PAYMENT ON INVOICE: This is the monthly
statement you receive from our
office, a consultation fee for a
phone consultation, or it’s a
payment for services rendered. An
invoice payment can be made online.
BANKRUPTCY CLIENTS: USE DEBIT CARDS OR
NON-CLIENT CREDIT CARDS
ONLY.
Credit cards of person(s) filing for
bankruptcy cannot be used; please
use a debit card, if applicable.
