ERICK BOHLMAN
For a decade, Erick Bohlman served
with several of Chicago's premier
transaction and litigation firms.
During this time, Mr. Bohlman's
practice included many types of business transactions and commercial
litigation matters; particularly
involving real estate transactions,
business start ups, intellectual
property rights, domestic relations,
bankruptcy, equine-related matters &
entertainment industry business endeavors.
Erick Bohlman formed Bohlman Law
Offices, P.C. in April 2004,
bringing
his experience to the outer suburbs.
Erick Bohlman continues to publish
legal articles and lecture at
various universities in order to
remain a strong voice in the legal
community and stay current with
evolving
issues that affect his clientele.
JAIME DOWELL
Jaime
Dowell joined Bohlman Law Offices,
P.C. in 2008 as an associate
attorney. She concentrates in
assisting individuals with Chapter 7
and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings.
Prior to joining Bohlman Law
Offices, Jaime gained extensive
experience practicing bankruptcy law
in Chicago with one of the nation's
largest consumer bankruptcy firms.
She received her law degree from
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in
New York, New York, and her
undergraduate degree from Michigan
State University in East Lansing,
Michigan. After graduating from law
school, Jaime was accepted into the
Department of Justice Attorney
Honors Program and worked with the
Executive Office of Immigration
Review in Chicago, Illinois and
Bloomington, Minnesota. She is
admitted to the Illinois State Bar
and the United States District Court
for the Northern District of
Illinois.
DINO AGUDO
Dino Agudo joined Bohlman Law
Offices, P.C. in 2010. Dino is a
graduate of New York Law School. He
also has degrees in Economics (Miami
University) and Philosophy
(Northwestern University). Before
going to law school, Dino worked as
an accountant. After receiving his
law degree, he worked in the
Consumer Law Unit of the Legal
Society of New York City where he
served as an advocate for consumers
facing financial problems. He later
accepted a position as an adjunct
professor at Pace University in New
York where he taught bankruptcy law
and represented consumers in Chapter
7 and 13 cases through the
University’s clinical program. In
2006, Dino moved to Illinois where
he worked as an Assistant’s States
Attorney in Cook County – serving in
the financial crimes and public
corruption unit. Since joining
Bohlman Law Offices, Dino has
concentrated on bankruptcy and
estate planning matters. His
background as an accountant,
consumer advocate, financial crimes
prosecutor and a bankruptcy
professor give him a unique
perspective from which to analyze
complicated financial issues and
recommend solutions that benefit his
clients. He is admitted to state and
federal courts in Illinois and New
York. Dino speaks fluent Tagalog
(Filipino).
